Jessica was the cleaner they sent and she was awesome. Quick and thoughtful and thorough. I've paid for other cleaners before that we're more expensive but they didnt do nearly as good of a job as jessica She was great . Thanks

Used this company for rental properties in Tampa area - they are fantastic. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. The pricing was fair and reasonable. They are great for deep cleaning, and on-going services as needed. Talk to Ted - he's very nice and returned my calls quickly. Very professional company!

I've used two cleaning people so far. Each time was horrible. I thought normal house cleaning is cleaning bathroom, wipe down the kitchen, dust and vacuum and mop. Both times it wasn't done. The first person I used came late in the evening and didn't leave til almost 9pm. And did a horrible job. My home didn't look clean nor smell clean. If I didn't have the health issues I had. I would have never hired someone to clean.

I am sorry you were not pleased with the cleaning you had done by us x 1 and only 1 visit which was scheduled for and done in the morning starting by 10am and definitely did not end at 9pm. I believe you had another cleaning visit with another company/someone else, but not us before. We strive to make every clean a good and thorough one by employing good cleaning methods, hiring the best cleaners, getting and using customer feedback to improve our services. We do provide a cleaning checklist to our cleaners, which includes general areas and areas agreed upon by our clients for cleaning. Your kitchen clean, bathroom clean, dusting vacuuming and mopping was apart of those tasks done. Again I am sorry if it was not done to your liking, but again we take every feedback as a method to improve our standards of operation and services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing and great value for the cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to gather as much information about the project/Cleaning to be done from the customer, we offer a quote, if agreed upon we send out a service agreement with services for review and approval. We do require a 50% deposit of cost for services upfront and the rest at completion of the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are simply great at what we do! Our staff has been background checked, has the necessary experience and has been vetted by numerous customers for their work.
