- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t work per hour. We work per job, so the bigger the job, the better the discount could be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start looking for areas that would be the hardest areas to clean so I can start applying cleaning products. Then in the meantime I work in other areas and once done, I go back to the hardest areas to finalize it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been working with cleaning professionally since 2016 and I’ve had dozens of satisfied customers. My goal is to always exceed my customer’s expectations.
