- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Weekly services will be discounted by 10%. Bi-weekly services will be discounted by 5%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please let me know what date/time works for you. Let's leave some extra time, the first couple of visits so that we can talk about your needs and expectations. I want to make sure each visit is quality work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the cleaning industry for 20 years, on the corporate business side, where I was responsible to hire contractors to perform a particular scope of work. I also have 2 years experience on the service side, cleaning houses and small business offices. I am licensed, but am waiting on the details, license # etc., to update my profile.
