Desiree was amazing! I was out of town and needed a house clean before I returned home. She managed to fit me in her busy schedule two days before I returned home, and let me tell you when I walked in my home from returning on a business trip I was so HAPPY! She also was upfront and honest with me about accidentally scratching one of my vanity mirrors and was kind enough to send me money to replace the mirror. I’m a Realtor and it’s so refreshing to work with honest hardworking individuals. I will use Desiree to clean my home in the future, and I recommend you do the same! She showed up before the time stated she was going to clean & sent me pics of before and afters while I was away. While accidents happen, she was gracious enough and was open and honest and she was super kind. Thank you so much Desiree, and I’ll be sure to refer you to all of my clients ;)

Every other trait falls on deaf ears, if the cleaning you expect falls short. After speaking with Desiree I was convinced this was a professional I could trust with my home. I was not disappointed. She and her companion (Kristi) arrived on time, prepared with their own supplies, tools,etc. Unlike other teams, they worked at opposite ends of the home, (worked is the operative word here) instead of chatting away the hours. Ironically, when I saw the detailed cleaning they were doing, I realized my home was not as clean as I had previously thought. My home now sparkles, and has never looked better. If you are reading this, please trust this review...UpKeep, & Desiree will arrive on time, finish on time, clean more deeply than you expect, be responsible for fragile items, and will charge a fair price. I was pleased to give them more than we agreed, because I am so satisfied. UpKeep will be my "go-to" team going forward.

Sam was the cleaner assigned to me and she did a great job! I was worried moving in to a new house in a new area that I wouldn’t find someone I could trust and that would make my home shine! There’s only one small thing…I couldn’t smell the cleaning products! I but I will definitely be booking again for regular service.
