While language was a challenge - thankful for Google translate (!) we worked very well together. She understood my needs, cleaned house thoroughly and professionally and gave it the "hotel or cruise line" touch with our bath towels and toilet paper. We knew it was a "big job" as we had lost our housekeeper a while ago, and she handled it without complaint, with the assistance of other cleaners who were also professional, kind and considerate. Definitely would love to re-book with her in an ongoing basis.
