- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and based on the size and scope of the job. We don’t charge crazy overhead because we’re a small operation, and we pass those savings on to you. Every quote is customized—no cookie-cutter prices—and we’re happy to walk through different options based on your budget. No surprise fees, ever.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call or message to learn what you’re looking for—whether it’s interior touch-ups or a full exterior repaint. Then we come out (free of charge), walk the project with you, and give you a clear estimate. Once you’re ready, we schedule a time that works for you and get started. We keep the communication open from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve got years of hands-on experience in both residential and light commercial painting. Our skills were built through real-world projects, mentorship, and a lot of trial and error early on. Over time, we developed a process that focuses on clean lines, durable finishes, and reliable prep—because prep is everything.
