- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a competitive rate for all home inspections and wind mitigation / 4-point inspections. Our rates are based on the size of the home and the scope of work, to give you a fair and reasonable price on all inspections.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we like to get to know them through either a phone or text message or an in person conversation and make sure that we fully understand what they are looking for in a job to be sure its completed they way they want it to be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are state licensed home inspectors with many years of experience performing home inspections in all parts of central Florida.
