Nigel was excellent to deal with. I sent an email at noon, he called be back within 45 minutes. Was at my house by 3:30pm. Called twice to let me know when he was on his way and another time to let me know exactly when he'd get to my house.Other companies I called never bothered to call back. I was very impressed with Nigel and the fee quoted. I will definitely use Gorilla Junk Removal again.

Nigel is great to work with it you need junk removed. He was able to set up a time frame that was good for me. He called ahead on the day he was coming to give a more exact time within the pre-arranged time frame. He was professional and very amicable. He was very enjoyable to talk to while he was here. I was given a very fair price for the amount of junk removed (2 couches, a love seat, a chair and a few other miscellaneous items). Nigel was also very careful to pay attention to detail and not damage anything in my home while taking out the items I needed to have removed. A very good experience. Highly recommended. I would use this company again should the need arise.
