He came out same day, took my wild large shrubs and trimmed them down to 1/3 of what they were to match exactly what I asked for them to be brought down to. From the cutting to the clean up, he was efficient and excellent.

Great experience with this company. They got the job done quickly and were very responsive to phone calls and texts. The workers that came out were very polite and patient with us as they took over a turf job that someone didn’t finish.

Eugene was a pleasure to work with. I needed a new sod and some repairs done on my lawn. And they did a fantastic job. It was quick and reasonably priced.

So the attention to detail is very good. That said they had landscape curbing installed over my sprinklers. That cost me $380 to fix after they left. The lightning they installed was not the same as we asked for, no spotlight for the palm tree like we asked. The price escalated from the original quote 23% for things that we asked for (mature trees and lighting) at a point where we were “stuck” to a result. But the attention to detail, the curbing, the placement of the plants, the effort to make us happy, the communication, the explanations when I was frustrated about cost escalation. I believe these guys strive to make it right. They went out of their way when we pushed for mature trees. They moved plants when we saw they were too close after the border was done. But costing me $380 for sprinkler repairs after blowing up my cost and not providing me the lighting we asked for is a 3/5.
