I contacted Isaiah via the Thumbtack app, based on his reviews. He immediately responded - the first good sign. He did a tremendous job cleaning up the yard at our house, which has been sold, in preparation for the new owners. Another good sign. If we were keeping the house, I would hire him to perform regular lawn care for the house. I did recommend him to the new owners. I hope they hire him!
