Introduction: No cookie cutter, just custom. We custom design coaching, speaking, and training for our clients rather than force them into cookie cutter programs, packages, or tured keynotes. Always, the client creates the agenda and determines they type of services they want. We are independent and not affiliated with any franchise or school, however all of our coaches and speakers are professionally certified and members of the International Coaches Federation. I get to be creative! Every client presents a different opportunity to design something new! Every meeting or call presents a new opportunity to grow and learn and design a new process or plan based on the clients current needs, wants, and the current situation or reality. It's fluid and responsive in every way.

I had various sessions of coaching with Laura, during that time I learned things from myself I did not know. Her coaching style is amazing: she listens a lot, and leads your train of thought. Laura Scott was incredibly helpful to me in her support for an expereinced coach and consultant who was new to Tampa Bay and the professional coaching community. Laura is an amazing expert in Mindfulness. As a leader I gained a lot of benefit from the Mindfulness Retreat she led in December 2014. It was an opportunity to disconnect and to assess how I wanted to respond to life and work events in the future in addition to learn tools to get the results I desire.

When I met Laura at a conference in 2013 and observed her charismatic manner and breadth of knowledge, I knew she would be a great speaker for a teleconference series I host for the Association for Conflict Resolution-Conflict Coaching Area of Practice. Laura did not disappoint in any way. When she presented for this group last August (2014) Laura spoke on the topic 'Energy Management and Conflict' - based on her extensive experience as a certified Energy Leadership Master Practitioner. Laura generously shared her expertise - and engaged the participants with her open, interesting and inspiring manner. I consider it fortuitous that we met and I look forward to a continuing association.

    Every client gets a custom proposal after a initial consultation call, based on there needs, wants, and budget.

Group Coaching and Leadership Training and Development. Resiliency Coaching and Training. Brain-based mindfulness training for stress reduction, creativity, equanimity, resiliency, and self-mastery. Workshop and retreat design and planning.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Request a no obligation phone call to talk with a coach before you hire that coach or training provider. Every coach has a different style and process. Make sure they understand what you want and your desired outcome. Don't get locked into long-term contracts or programs.
