Requested information regarding what we needed done. We were quoted a price for lock replacements for about $64 per lock. We had 2 doors that needed the locks replaced, so expected a max pricing less than $300 based on having this done multiple times with other properties. Gentleman that went ended up charging our card with out explaining the instead of an expected $200 plus, the job would cost over $600. Was charged $200 for the replacement locks which I totally understand, $99 for a lock box, which again, I understand, $150 for drilling out the old lock (was not quoted to me initially and was done with out confirmation), $100 for the labor which was not quoted to me, $30 for the service call (again, not quoted to me). I had to call for several days to get an actual invoice with price breakdown. I don't think they were very professional in handling this job, especially with a verbal quote being almost 1/3 of the cost of what was charged to the credit card without providing an invoice or clearing it.

Mailbox keys didn’t work!!
Aaron went out of his way, literally drove an hour and a half, after hours, to help replace a mailbox lock system and new keys . Not only did he communicate to let us know when he would be arriving, but was upbeat, super professional and couldn’t have been any nicer when he arrived! Their prices were incredible and his work was impeccable! It’s a relief knowing there’s an honest and hardworking Locksmith in the Tampa Bay Area that I can always rely on in an emergency or for a simple call and Aaron of SoFlo Locksmiths is that for me! Look no further, call them and you’ll be glad you did!
