Marin was great with communication. First to respond and good follow-up. I have to give credit where credit it due. The job was referred to VIP Locksmith Services in Palm Harbor. I'm assuming they are associated via a referral program or something. The tech at VIP was on-time, listened to my concerns and did a beautiful job installing a smart lock deadbolt. Those who are familiar will know the bolt has to be perfect with no friction (otherwise, you'll burn through batteries fast). Again, the tech understood and had the job done quickly & professionally. Thanks again!
