- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price customers based on the size of the job. We offer Free In-Home inspections to guarantee the service and the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Evaluate the scope of the move, give a rough estimate over the phone based on some general information. We then send out a Certified Moving Consultant to meet with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have training for both sales consultants as well as our movers. The Movers need to go through 80 hours of extensive training, both in the field and classroom. All movers need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience to qualify to become pro movers. Sales consultants spend 40 hours on real job sites to fully understand the entire moving process.
