- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do require a travel fee outside of Tampa city limits. I am currently running discounts and try to run them monthly on certain services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ask for pictures and what the client likes and doesn’t like about that picture. Communication is key and l, it is important that we both understand the process and what goes into that process. The client always comes first and should be happy with their services and experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Bellami certified extension specialist. Recently certified in Invisible Bead Extension application. Went through the MAC makeup artistry course and am currently a MAC makeup artist. I do training and continued education ranging from color, cuts, extensions, bridal, and makeup on a monthly basis.
