- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices listed are for 2 men ONLY. Packing jobs are for 2 men as well. Anything else that requires more will be charged more. Obviously, when we talk we can adjust prices based in what you need. The above is just our standard Thumbtack pricing. ***Please note our travel time with or without a truck is counted in your hourly rate or flat price. The *ONLY FEE* we have is a $150 Long Carry & Stairs Fee. We only ever apply it in the following 2 situations: 1. If we can’t park within 50 feet (3 cars’ length) of your residence/ office we will charge a long carry fee. Unless there is nothing you can do about that. 2. If there Are stairs you didn’t tell us about prior, we will also charge a stairs fee of $150.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we respond here,We start with a preliminary phone call to discuss the aspects of the job. We gather details, then work out a final price. Then we collect a 25% deposit. We will then follow up with a phone call or text to confirm our attendance for the job the day before.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We were doing it pre-Pandemic then that whole thing arrived, we fell into it unexpectedly full time and now here we are, loud and proud!
