About
I started Bay Area Moving and Storage in 2018 after having a terrible experience with the movers that I hired. Since then, we have done over 2,000 local moves, as well as many others across the country. Here are our core values: 1. Friendly, professional staff. All of our movers are full-time employees who are professionally trained. We are fully licensed and insured. 2. Fair and upfront pricing. For all local moves, we charge a service fee of $150 per job, plus $50/hour per mover. 3. We show up on time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience with this moving company from start to finish. The team was professional, efficient, and extremely respectful of my home and belongings. They arrived on time, worked steadily, and handled everything with care, which immediately put me at ease during what can usually be a very stressful process. What stood out most was their attitude—courteous, organized, and clearly experienced. Nothing felt rushed or careless, and communication throughout the move was clear and straightforward. Everything was delivered safely and exactly as promised. I would absolutely recommend this company without hesitation. Five stars all the way. Rob and Jordan did an amazing job. It wasn’t a large move by any means, but any move can be stressful. They were responsive, on time and got right to work efficiently. I’ll absolutely use them again for any future moves. Great value and experience!

I had such a great experience with Bay Area Moving and Storage. From the start, communication was clear and professional, which gave me peace of mind leading up to moving day. The crew arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and took great care with all of my belongings. They also went above and beyond with packing help — everything was organized, secure, and handled thoughtfully, which really took so much of the stress off my shoulders. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing, and it made the whole process smooth and worry-free. I want to give a special shout-out to Kyle and Darrel. They were absolutely fantastic — hardworking, professional, and so positive throughout the entire move. Their attention to detail and great attitudes made such a big difference and really stood out to me. Overall, Bay Area Moving and Storage exceeded my expectations. The whole team was reliable, respectful, and genuinely cared about making the move as easy as possible.
