I started Champion Moving and Storage in 2018 after having a terrible experience with the movers that I hired. Since then, we have done over 2,000 local moves, as well as many others across the country.
Here are our core values:
1. Friendly, professional staff. All of our movers are full-time employees who are professionally trained. We are fully licensed and insured.
2. Fair and upfront pricing. For all local moves, we charge a service fee of $150 per job, plus $60/hour per mover. The service fee varies on distance, but it always disclosed up front.
3. We show up on time.

An excellent moving company! We had an extremely heavy pure travertine coffee table, a large sectional couch, and a ton of boxes. All this they lifted up 2 flights of stairs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our prices are fully disclosed up-front and in writing. For local moves, we charge a service fee of $150 per job, plus $60/hour per mover. Once I know a few basic details about your move, such as size of home, stair/elevator situation, and location, I can give a very accurate estimate of how long the job will take.
Customer's don't pay anything until the job is done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The majority of our customers find us through a lead service like Thumbtack. It takes a few messages and one phone call to get an accurate idea of the size of the move and an estimated price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started Champion Moving and Storage in 2019. We have done over 2000 local moves, and I have done well over 1000 moves myself.
