We hired Phoenix Moving Solutions through Thumbtack for a large and complicated move involving multiple storage units, furniture, antiques, shelving, and years’ worth of belongings. From the initial scheduling with Kate through the completion of the move, the entire experience was excellent. Ilia, Nikita, and Chris worked incredibly hard all day on what turned into a very long and physically demanding move. They were professional, efficient, careful with our belongings, and never wasted time. We were amazed by their work ethic, positive attitudes, and problem-solving skills when dealing with several difficult and oversized items. They successfully moved decades of accumulated treasures, furniture, holiday decorations, and enough Halloween props to probably qualify as a small haunted attraction. 😄 Everything arrived safely, and the crew went above and beyond to get the job done right. The pricing was fair, communication was excellent, and we would absolutely use Phoenix Moving Solutions again. Thank you, Kate, Ilia, Nikita, and Chris, for all your hard work!
