- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is really simple ! I typically find out how many people will be attending then see what time of food the customer would like . I help out with the menu while still giving the client freedom with items on the menu . After agreeing on a menu , I usually take 1-2 today to give the client a price . I require a deposit in order to lock the client for the date . And yes there’s a refund policy .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Culinary school and was on track to get my associates . I dropped out the school due to COVID . Although I’ve been the restaurant industry for 4 1/2 years . I manage a casual seafood restaurant in south Tampa going on 1 yeah now .
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After Covid Hit , my Job laid me off . And I needed to find ways to make money . I started doing meal preps and got my first private dinner gig back in august of 2020 . From there I’ve been doing it as my part time job until it could become full-time .
