Chef Christophe was nothing shy of amazing. He responded in a timely manner, was very flexible / understanding and would work with whatever we wanted, shared so much knowledge, very friendly, and Most importantly…the food was incredible!! We recently hired Christophe to cater our daughter's wedding. We all worked together to prepare a menu that would satisfy everyone's pallet. Christophe arrived early to set-up, prepared the veggies so they were nice and fresh and supplied us with a wonderful young man to serve for the evening. The food was amazing! Most of our guests went up for second and third helpings! Not only was it fresh and hot, but every item on the menu tasted delicious!! Our guests raved about the food and asked where we had found him. I was happy to share his information. Both Christophe and his assistant were professional, friendly, helpful and perfect in their timing. And the value was extraordinary. In a Covid world, they both used superb precautions to assure our guests that everything was safe. Christophe certainly knows his craft! I highly recommend him to anyone, for any event!

Due to covid, we had to downsize our wedding and decided to hire a private chef instead of a catering company. For such an important event, we did our research and wanted to make sure the food was something to remember. We are SO glad we went with Chef Christophe!! He worked with us to provide two entree options for our guests and was happy to tweak anything we asked. He even worked with us to accommodate dietary restrictions. The meals were good-sized portions where we were full, but not too stuffed to dance, and everyone was raving about how delicious it was. He brought a server to help, and she was fantastic as well - she brought out our meals, made sure our glasses were full, and helped us cut the cake. Everything about our night was perfect, and we owe a lot of it to Chef Christophe :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no better deal out there. My formal training allows me to be extremely versatile and bring you the best techniques and methods. Once you have your first event, you will be hooked.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person and discuss in details what your goals and expectations are. We can discuss your preferences and the type of food you are interested in learning or eating with your guests. We can go as fast as you choose to. I am very patient and love to teach you how to eat clean and healthy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the Ecole Hoteliere de Nice for 3 years and obtained a Masters Degree in Culinary Arts. I worked in Monte-Carlo, Spain and Nice. I am a fully trained butcher and received double training in school for Pastry and Cooking.
