I hired Christophe for a tapas & wine party of 6 to celebrate my girlfriends upcoming wedding. He cooked 5 courses, each one more amazing than the last. From the start, he guided me through the menu planning, kept in touch the week before, arrived 2 hours before my party to start prepping and was a pleasure to talk with while he cooked. Before he even started cooking, my kitchen started smelling wonderful. Negatives? I was tortured for 2 hours of amazing aromas! lol Initially I was nervous to trust someone based solely on reviews but I am so thankful that I trusted my gut and hired him. We all loved him and cannot wait to have him back.

Our experience with Christophe was nothing short of spectacular! We were a group of 6 adults vacationing together. He came to our rental house and prepared (with our help, of course - LOL) the most delicious meal. Christophe was a delight to work with during the planning stage. Each person in our group thoroughly enjoyed talking with him during our prep and dinner. He had great stories about his experiences that we all loved hearing. And again, did I mention how amazing the food was? He even provided us with great wine suggestions for each course. We would work with him again in a heartbeat. Well worth every penny!

Due to covid, we had to downsize our wedding and decided to hire a private chef instead of a catering company. For such an important event, we did our research and wanted to make sure the food was something to remember. We are SO glad we went with Chef Christophe!! He worked with us to provide two entree options for our guests and was happy to tweak anything we asked. He even worked with us to accommodate dietary restrictions. The meals were good-sized portions where we were full, but not too stuffed to dance, and everyone was raving about how delicious it was. He brought a server to help, and she was fantastic as well - she brought out our meals, made sure our glasses were full, and helped us cut the cake. Everything about our night was perfect, and we owe a lot of it to Chef Christophe :)

The private cooking class was a Father's Day gift for my husband who let me say "can't cook". Chef Christophe was very responsive and listen to what type of experience I was looking to give my husband and Chef Christophe DELIVERED!!!!! He made my husband feel very comfortable and a very positive experience. My husband is now looking forward to possibly learning and cooking more. And the added plus is Chef Christophe help him to prepare and cook us a delicious meal. Thank you Chef Christophe! We look forward to our next cooking encounter with you.

There is no better deal out there. My formal training allows me to be extremely versatile and bring you the best techniques and methods. Once you have your first event, you will be hooked.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person and discuss in details what your goals and expectations are. We can discuss your preferences and the type of food you are interested in learning or eating with your guests. We can go as fast as you choose to. I am very patient and love to teach you how to eat clean and healthy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the Ecole Hoteliere de Nice for 3 years and obtained a Masters Degree in Culinary Arts. I worked in Monte-Carlo, Spain and Nice. I am a fully trained butcher and received double training in school for Pastry and Cooking.
