Chef Christophe delivered to us a noteworthy anniversary dinner. He responded to my inquiries within hours always and within minutes most of the time. We quickly came to an agreement on a meal plan and then a price. He showed up 15 minutes early and the dinner proceeded along the timeline he projected. All through his dinner prep, he dealt with my inquisitive and social-interaction-starved children peppering him with questions and getting in his way. Chef Christophe had conversations with them and also with us while cooking and serving. He is very engaging and charismatic. He taught us a few cooking principles. All I can say is wow! Chef Christophe was the best chef I’ve ever had the pleasure to experience. His presentation was phenomenal and the taste was, so good there’s no words for it. My guest were all in awe and will be using him for their engagements as well. He’s informative and I’d swear he was part of the family he fit in so well. Very organized too. We asked for Christophe's services for my husband's birthday at a beach rental recently. He has great communication and provided me with resources for coming up with a menu. It was refreshing to see that he was very well informed about our culinary prefrences. His ingredients showed that his sourcing is awesome and he used them to make an immaculate 3 course meal for me and my 7 friends. Every course was delicious and perfectly timed. Especially the rack of lamb which is his specialty - is a must have. Everyone had great things to say about the food and the chef. Christoph is well spoken, professional but still very easy to talk to and felt a part of the party. Thank you for the spectacular dinner. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?There is no better deal out there. My formal training allows me to be extremely versatile and bring you the best techiniques and methods. Once you have your first event, you will be hooked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to meet in person and discuss in details what your goals and expectations are. We can discuss your preferences and the type of food you are interested in learning or eating with your guests. We can go as fast as you choose to. I am very patient and love to teach you how to eat clean and healthy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I attended the Ecole Hoteliere de Nice for 3 years and obtained a Masters Degree in Culinary Arts. I currently work as an Executive Chef for a Private Platinum Yacht Club in Tampa. I worked in Monte-Carlo, Spain and Nice. I am a fully trained butcher and received double training in school for Pastry and Cooking.
