Chef André of Prime Plates made my aunt’s 50th birthday absolutely perfect! The Cuban-themed four-course meal was incredible. From the Ropa Vieja appetizer to the decadent flan dessert. His attention to detail, flawless presentation, and warm service created a truly unforgettable experience.
Thank you, Chef André, for making this milestone celebration so special! Highly recommend Prime Plates for anyone seeking an exceptional dining experience. The great personality was also a nice touch. He was hilarious. Look forward to maybe doing a meal prep service.
