Sunny is a great coach. She looks you in the eye,give good clues on each movement that actually helps you! She understands having to learn certain exercises and know it tales concentration and lots of mental effort to do them right. She is excited for you when it all finally clicks!

Sunny is very dedicated to health and fitness. She is an extremely knowledgeable coach/trainer and will motivate you to take control of your health. She listens intently and will make sure you are comfortable with any exercise program. She will also push you to be your best, but won't push you through pain. She watches, listens and definitely doesn't slack. Just an amazing trainer all around.
