- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing always starts with a thorough understanding of the project and client expectations. After we've organized and executed this call, we provide our prospective clients with transparent, itemized estimates, that are designed to be the most competitive in the space. Once we've developed a quote, we'll schedule a call (or meet in person) where we can walk through the entire process in full detail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We pride ourselves on seamless and transparent integration with your team so that we may effectively function as an arm of your department. We encourage questions and look forward to educating our customers on what we do. Every new client is brought through our internal discovery phase, where we dive into what you're all about and where you'd like our content to take you. After our chat, we'll put together a detailed estimate where we can discuss pricing and next steps.
