- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide transparent, customized pricing based on the scope and complexity of each investigation, with no hidden fees. Every client begins with a confidential consultation so we can understand their objectives and develop a customized investigative plan tailored to their needs. Our services include professional surveillance or investigative work, regular communication throughout the case, and a detailed, court-ready report when applicable. For extended or multi-day investigations, discounted pricing may be available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free, confidential consultation to understand your situation and objectives. After reviewing the details, we develop a customized investigative plan tailored to your needs and provide transparent pricing before any work begins. Once retained, our experienced investigators, including retired law enforcement professionals, use professional surveillance, records research, digital investigative techniques, and other lawful investigative methods to gather factual information. Upon completion of the investigation, you'll receive a detailed, court-ready report with supporting documentation, including photos and video when applicable. If needed, our investigators are also available to provide court testimony.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our investigators include retired law enforcement professionals and military veterans with decades of investigative experience. Our leadership brings more than 23 years of experience in criminal investigations, intelligence, surveillance, and complex case management. MyGuard Investigations is licensed by the State of Florida as a Class "A" Private Investigative Agency, and our investigators hold Florida Class "C" Private Investigator, licenses. Our team has received extensive training in surveillance, open-source intelligence (OSINT), digital investigations, evidence collection, investigative interviewing, and professional investigative reporting, and continues to pursue ongoing training to stay current with investigative techniques, technology, and industry best practices. Every investigation is conducted with integrity, professionalism, and discretion to deliver accurate findings and detailed, court-ready reports.
