I didn’t get a chance to use Curtis for this project but will be reaching out again real soon on something else. Although we didn’t work together, he was extremely responsive, patient and understanding of all my questions. About eight months ago I needed a large scale remodel for my small buisness(a tattoo shop). The owner of radical rolodex(Curtis) actually found me and reached out when I asked a question on Facebook. He not only spearheaded our remodel (traveling from 5 states away) but actually helped me make phone calls to understand the occupancy certificate, zoning qualifications and the exact requirements for my licensing I needed AND explained them to me explicitly. I took on more than I could chew and was super under water when he reached out and in less than three months he had us perfectly set up with very little headaches and even ended up coming in 1200 dollars under the original quote! Would 10/10 recommend him and his crew!

Working with Curtis was an amazing experience!! He worked side by side with me on flipping my house. He was extremely professional and was always available when I needed to call him for whatever questions or problems I had! I would recommend him to everyone I know! Thank you so much Curtis!

Courtis from Radical Rolodex did a terrible job spray painting my unit. He spray painted the walls, but you could see the old paint through. He never used blankets or anything to protect the place. So, he also spray panted the hardware, the windows, the blinds, the laminated floors, and the ceramic tiles floors. He didn't finish the job saying he needed to go up north. Left 1 wall and ceiling unfinished and never bothered to put a second coat. It seemed he had a jar if a primer he wanted to get rid of. When he ran out of paint, he was gone, never mind there was more to paint. My husband wanted me to sue him for the damage he has done. I should have listened to my husband. Courtis should be banned from Thambtac. This is my opinion. I have all conversations and pictures available .
