I recommend Michael Bielon and House2Home Properties to anyone in the Tampa area looking for a reliable and trustworthy propertymanager. Michael helped us through a very difficult experience with a rental home in the Tampa area. A previous tenant failed to inform us regarding a number of issues in our rental home, including pet, fire and water damage. The overall damage to the property was substantial requiring us to install a new kitchen, appliances, floors, and air conditioning. Without even signing a listing agreement, Michael assisted us with all aspects of the repair, including contractor and materials selection and negotiation of costs (at no charge). The repairs were fantastic and we were able to secure a long term tenant in less than 2 weeks. We really appreciate everything Michael has done for us.

Michael from House2home Properties is the BEST! For those of you looking at using the services of this company, please look up their BBB rating (where they are given an A+). I wouldn't trust the ratings from upset people who failed to secure a good rental home from House2home Properties in this competitive rental market.Michael has taken great care of our house in Lutz and has always, always paid attention to what was important to us - to keep the house in good condition because we planned to retire in it eventually. When our plans changed and we wanted to sell, the renters wanted to buy the house. Michael facilitated and helped with the sales WITHOUT asking for anything! That tells you that he is not driven by greed. He just wanted to do what was best for us and the renters. You will not find another propertymanager who would put the interest of his clients first like that.If you are in the market for a propertymanager, give Michael from House2home a call - you won't regret it. We rented a home for 3 years from Michael. We had no issues and we're happy with the service we received, we only needed one maintenance request from Michael and he promptly answered. we even became friends with the owner of the home and just referred to him for needed maintenance. we were luckly enough to actually buy the property from the owner! We received our full security deposit back. I would recommend house2home properties we had no issues and we're very happy.

House2home Properties provides the most value and gets the job done. Our service and pricing are structured to give the owner more cash flow by reducing vacancy and turnover. One of the biggest mistakes an owner can make is to go with a property manager based on price.
We believe in giving more value than what we’re paid for and do not charge junk fees like set-up fees, computer fees, and management fees when a property is vacant. These junk fees just rob the property of cash flow.
We are fair and transparent, and all our fees are listed on our website OnTimeRents.com along with the reason we charge them.
