Roland at PMI JCM Realty has definitely exceeded my expectations. He is by far the epitome of professionalism…… I initially reached out to my former realtor ( that’s also a property manager) that helped me purchase my first house while simultaneously reaching to other property management companies. Innately, I wanted to go along with my former realtor due to the familiarity but after asking all of my 101 questions maybe more I just felt more at peace with Roland’s genuineness, tenacity, patience, reassurance , and what I love most is that he was not pushy at all. Roland was very open and listened to me when other companies were reluctant to post my house for what I requested, conversely, Roland complied without hesitation and just explained the possible pros and cons. My house did rent immediately for about $700 more! Roland is very prompt with responding to situations (nope, you will not be ghosted, promise) as well. At the end of it all you get what you pay for, and I pay for a peace of mind and that’s exactly what Roland delivers.

I'm a real estate agent and I work with a lot of property managers and I have to say, PMI is one of the best. They are always responsive and I never have any issues with the way the properties are maintained. If you're searching for a property management group start with PMI!

Kindness is the only quality of the property manager. I gave him 8 months to fix the damages that the tenant had done. He only partially fixed them. Doors and walls were broken. The air filter in terrible condition. The walls written on by children. The pool screens broken. This was the main reason why I decided to change management. The new management found the house in terrible condition. The tenant left the house with his items to be disposed of. This disposal cost me $750. The security deposit had not been updated with the last rent increase. Even though I paid the pool service monthly, I found the pool green. I had asked for an estimate to remove a tree. The estimate never arrived definitive. I could go on with the description of the problems I had with this management but I think that what I have just said is enough to understand that it was a disaster.

Hello Lorenzo, I managed this property for 4 years and this tenant had been living there for about 3 years. Over that time, the 1st tenant left the property in immaculate condition. This tenant unfortunately didn't for numerous personal reasons which I cannot get into. Having said that, we have had inspections of the property every year and we ensured that that the tenants took care of those issues. Mostly recently, it became more difficult for the tenant. Sometimes tenants leave the properties immaculately and sometimes they do not. We use the security deposit to cover that and we don't increase the security deposit with the rent. Either way, we worked together for 4 years and I while I hate to see you go, it was pleasure working with you.
