- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t charge anything upfront—consultations are always free. I’m paid via commission at closing once a home is bought or sold, which is fully disclosed in the agreement. My goal is to make the process clear, straightforward, and stress-free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free, no-pressure consultation to talk through your goals and timing. I’ll explain how the process works, outline next steps, and tailor a plan that fits you. From there, I guide you through every stage—searching, pricing, negotiations, inspections, and closing—so you always feel informed, supported, and confident in your decisions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background includes over a decade of personal real estate investing, where I developed a practical understanding of markets, property evaluation, and strategy. I also spent more than 15 years as an international educator working with diverse populations, which strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and support clients through major life decisions. This combination allows me to approach real estate with both strong analytical insight and a people-first mindset.
