Second, I help them be more effective in job interviews and salary negotiations so they win a job at the salary they deserve. I also help job seekers develop strong marketing materials that they can use at all stages of the job search process to sell themselves to hiring managers, HR staff and recruiters. Empowering the people that I work with to find their passion and live it in every aspect of their life. Each of us has our own special gift to give to the world (we're like snowflakes - every one is unique and different) and when we find and use it, we are happy beyond our wildest dreams.
