What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are one of the most completive window film companies in the Tampa and surrounding city area and are very fair in our pricing. We offer discounts for major projects and offer free estimates for both residential and commercial. We are offering a 25% discount to all new Thumbtack customers both residential and commercial for a 30 day time period to establish ourselves on this site.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always let the customer know when we are on the way with the courtesy of a phone call for estimates and installations. We ask many questions to make sure the customers needs will be met and happy with the film selection that will give them many years of service in energy savings, privacy and glare reduction. Explaining the lighting factors of there home and what shade will be most effective for the job at task. Explane the installation process and the time that will be required. 100% satisfaction is our goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have work with every major manufactures film including Solar Gard, Llumar, 3M, Huper Optiks, Johnsons, Suntek, Madico and others with certifications over the 20 years.
