As a General Contractor we have been doing roofs for new construction and remodels we decided to branch out and help more families, with our roofing skills.

- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
This was a property with pretty bad tile roof and we replaced it all for architectural shingles. This was a property being flipped for sale and the owner called us to take care of the work. The roof was pretty bad with many leaks and rotting plywood. With all the weight from the tiles this may have caused damage to the structure, luckily we got in and help out, making it way easier for the developer to flip the property and make a profit in the process.
