I didn't have very fine or luxurious rugs. I just had two ordinary ones that needed cleaning. I had actually gotten price estimates from a few companies, but a friend of mine recommended this association.They came for free and looked at my rugs and gave me a price that was much better than other companies. I think because they are an association and work with many rug companies, they can offer very competitive prices.I really recommend this rug association to anyone who needs cleaning on their regular rugs.

I wasnt familiar with ROA and a friend of mine recommended it to me when we were talking about how they had their Persian rugscleaned. I have not used the services they offer for restoring my rugs but their expert came to our house for free and gave us very useful information about our rugs and what they needed and what their condition was. Rod was very knowledgeable and gave us very precise information and I will definitely leave it to them when I need to take care of my rugs because I am sure they can take care of them much better than I can.Even if you want to go with other rug companies, at least let them to open your eyes to the market and to what your rugs really need.

Excellent pickup and delivery. Took a little longer than we expected, but they kept us updated. We were able to work things out with the delivery guys. Workmanship is excellent. Both of our rugs look great. Very happy with how they turned out.

Really great experience from pickup all the way through delivery. The pickup and delivery team was very careful when moving the furniture off our rugs and treated everything in the rooms with a lot of care. The whole process was organized, and the delivery was just as easy. Our rugs came back clean, soft, and fluffy, and best of all, there was no trace of the cat urine smell!We had already spent quite a bit of money on another rugcleaning service and different enzyme cleaners, but nothing was able to fully remove the odor. These guys finally got it out! Very happy with the results. It was nice doing business with them and I would definitely recommend them. I'm sure I'll need their services sooner or later, again.
