- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, we don't We believe that each case is unique and it should be treated as such. This way we make sure to give a fair price to the service that is requested for us to perform.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hanptontech take pride in understanding the problem that the client present's so that together we can find the best solution for it. It is very important to us that we protect the interests of the client, therefore we always like to sign off with the client on a work proposal explaining the process for completing the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the head of the company I personaly hold 2 Masters Degree in Computer and Information Systems both taken in separate countries, Portugal and USA.
