Rare Breed Protection Services

Introduction: Rare Breed Protection Services is a security company based out of Tampa FL, we serve all of central Florida and we are licensed and regulated through the state of Florida. It is mandated that we only hire Class D and Class G licensed security officers to work for our company. Class D allows you to work security and Class G allows you to work armed. A benefit to that is to ensure that our officers are licensed and trained to do the job at hand. Our Officers are drug tested and must pass a background check to be hired. Our officers must also pass a 3 panel interview process and a 90 day probationary period. We encourage and assist our officers to seek out additional training to assist them in being the best fit for the job. Being regulated through the state, we must follow all state, local, and federal laws. The state of Florida requires we carry a $300,000 insurance policy, but we did not feel that was adequate coverage. We currently hold a 3 million dollar insurance policy covering us for general liability , professional liability , sexual harassment, battery , terrorism, and much more.
