All customers' needs are unique. Thirsty Root works with each customer to estimate what a project should cost based on the size and availability of products. Our bids are transparent and every customer is treated with fairness.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we typically ask questions to get a picture of what the project should look like when it is completed. What is the vision? When beginning any home improvements or commercial build, there is an idea of what the finished product should look like and Thirsty Root strives to understand that picture. Through discussions and the estimate process we work together to achieve your goals.

Thirsty Root’s president has been certified as a horticultural specialist by the university of Florida.
