Yolanda is wonderful! I'm picking up Spanish again many years after taking classes in high school. We are three lessons in, and she has expertly assessed my knowledge and developed lessons tailored to my skill level. I appreciate how she creates a low-pressure, comfortable environment for practicing speaking and includes vocabulary that will be useful for my profession. Yolanda was great. I was struggling in my summer school spanish class, and she helped me get through it. She was knowledgeable and patient. She explained things to me and helped with my pronunciation. I would definitely recommend her! Thank you so much!

Thumbtack would only let me choose 3 out of the 5 but Ms. Yolanda Cruz is absolutely fantastic! Our daughter had fun, learned, was engaged, and quickly fixed her errors within the first lesson. We have already scheduled her for the summer because our daughter’s Spanish can only get better with what I saw. She is prepared with all sorts of material for kids; not to mention her degrees from Spain. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Ms.Cruz is a very thoughtful and professional Spanish teacher . Our daughter enjoys her class very much. Her ways of teaching Spanish and making difficult things easier so that one can understand and remember everything its very impressive. I highly recommend her to any parent wanting their kids to learn Spanish.

My review is not as a student, rather as a tutor. I have the honor of being her tutor in the past when she decided to become a Spanish Teacher as a second career. I have been a teacher for 15 years and mentor so many people, but when you have so many students, it is hard to remember all of them; only those who really make an impression stays in our memory. What does her make stand out? Her desire to become the best of her abilities, her thirst for learning; her receptiveness to constructive criticism; her determination to leave a mark in our new generations. I hope that you get a chance to work with her!!!!!
