This was possibly the best experience we have had via Thumtack. The pro was everything he said he would be. Fair in price, professionalism, quality, and over all-he earned our trust. Not only was the job completed with satisfaction we ended up hiring him instead of our current pool cleaning company on a go forward basis. Bonus was meeting his family-his mother’s cleaning company is now ours as well!

Small businesses are the best. Excellent response time when I contacted via app. Prior pro never showed up after making me wait for the appointment. Met with J&H same day of my inquiry and started work 2 days later. I am very satisfied with the completed work. The owner took care of a complete Fence installation, as well of a repair extension which I had no idea I could do to be able to use more of my existing space. The experience of the owner helped me discover a way to improve my fencing issues. I am ordering a second service with same company for a different home. Beat value as well.

Juan and his uncle were FANTASTIC! They even took the ferns out by the roots that I had around my pool pump! All in all, they were wonderful and I got his number for me to use his services again.

We had hurricane damage to our above ground pool pump and fence, and also had just paid another pool company (I will not publish at this time) to replace the pool pump with a used pump that we paid 200.00 for ($100.00 for the pump and $100.00 to install). It lasted 1 week. We then went online and found J&H Pools and Fences. They came out and we came to an agreement on the price ,as they really worked with us on this, and it was completed in one day! We love Juan! He fixed the fence, installed a brand new pump with a timer and gave us a three year warranty. His professionalism and very caring nature made us like him right away. He even taught is how to set our timer on our outdoor lights! We trusted he would get the job done and he went above and beyond what we ever expected! You will not be disappointed if you hire this company! They are truly wonderful!
