What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will request contact and address information and schedule a visit. During this visit, we will inspect the pool equipment, test water chemistry, and survey the pool surroundings before providing a quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees are Certified Pool Technicians ("CPOs")
