- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We only have 2 price points for new clients. A Federal Return with up to 2 schedules is only $129, or $159 for more than 2 schedules and/or an out of state return is needed. This gives a new client the opportunity to try our services. (That's a savings of $100-$350 off the first year).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client will call to set an appointment. They will then meet with the CPA to discuss any questions they may have. The CPA will complete the return, usually within a week. A 2nd tax professional will review for accuracy, then the client can either pick up the return, review for a second time, or can be mailed back for a flat fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our CPAs have all necessary licensing as required to keep the designation.
