We found Osdel Perez on Thumbtack on a Google search, as we were having a hard time finding someone to tile our office. He finished today and we are quite pleased with his work!! He was reliable, punctual, worked efficiently and completed the job faster than we thought. The work is beautiful. It was a great price also. We are very happy! Honestly, this man can not not follow simple instructions. Don't hire him! I hired him a few weeks ago to remodel my bathroom shower and I gave clear and specific instructions on how I would like it to be laid out and he responsed quickly with a "Uh huh, yeah yeah, okay". I had a feeling he didn't listen. The tiles are not the ones instructed to get and the tiles layout was not what I was looking for. Save yourself the time and effort and find someone else.
