Father and son worked tirelessly together however son is on his phone supposedly with other clients WHILE WORKING ON JOB FOR ME ‼️👎🏼‼️👎🏼 Work looks GREAT FROM FAR Away UNTIL YOU GET UP CLOSE as seen in photos - I sent this to Raphael and he came back AFTER I paid him and again son was on the phone - HE USES GREY CAULKING instead of grout to FIX ISSUE - then proceeded to use up MY PAPERTOWELS and I’m cleaning up after the son !!!!! I Had to pay someone else to pick up the HEAVY garbage they left behind - HE SCRAPES MY GRANITE COUNTERTOP WITH HIS RAZOR KNIFE TO GET THE DRIED UP CAULKING THEY LEFT BEHIND- NO I AM NOT GHEIR MOTHER - I’m sorry this review has to be left this way however this is AN HONEST REVIEW AS SHOWN IN PHOTOS - THEYRE COURTEOUS AAND NICE however that’s where it’s STOPPED

I have documentation/photos that show the service was completed according to the agreement. I even returned to repair the area, but unfortunately you preferred to post “before” photos and chose to interrupt the continuation of the repairs.
