Audrey was beyond amazing in helping me get my trip together in less than a week, to leave within 2 weeks to Dubai. The flight and hotel prices that she got us for two people was the best! Nobody believes it when I tell them the price. She is very dedicated, taking my travel plans on her off weekend. I think it was her anniversary. She was very knowledgable about the area as well as the excursions. There was only a few times there was a lack in communication where I checked back in on something that was said to be done by then. I'm not sure if it was because I was anxious as this was my first time using a travel agent. None-the-less travel agents are the way to go from now on :)

Audrey was very nice. She did put everything together perfectly. But Even in the beginning there were major communication issues that continued throughout this whole experience. To the point where I questioned the validity of the agent. We didn’t end up going on the trip as the resort closed due to Covid. But during the time, the only thing that made me feel certain about the trip was the confirmation and the plane tickets. She did help us fight for a refund that we partially got back. Communication is everything and it just wasn’t there. She was very kind to help us find hotel rooms at a discounted rate for an alternative mini vacation. Audrey knows to plan very well with everything on your list checked off!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As it takes a process of time to build itineraries. I usually will create three different itineraries for each client. Then we create the final itinerary from the ideas that my travelers would like to see built into there vacations.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of the most recent projects I am proud of is I have a group of 40 travelers who will be heading to Dubai/Paris the end of October.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The advice I would give is to make sure they are using a reputable travel agency, who are insured.
