- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my pricing is done by submitting a quote after an initial site survey and a discussion with the home owner or project manager.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an informal discussion with the new customer so that they feel comfortable with me and the work that I do. I often offer a free site survey in order to get a better understanding of the project and be able to answer all questions and concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lot of reading material and internet surfing on the latest and greatest products.
