- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use clear service pricing and confirm the scope before work begins. Examples from our current service menu: • Home Wi-Fi setup: $129; Wi-Fi troubleshooting: $149; mesh Wi-Fi setup (up to 3 nodes): $169. • Computer repair: $119 remote (up to 60 minutes) or $179 in home (up to 90 minutes). • New computer setup: $129; printer setup/troubleshooting: $99; a one-on-one technology lesson: $99 (up to 60 minutes). • TV mounting on standard drywall with your compatible mount: up to 32 inches $89; 33–60 inches $139; 61–85 inches $179; 86–90 inches $229; 91 inches or larger $299, subject to site suitability. • TV hookup/setup: $99; streaming device setup: $89; soundbar setup: $99; home theater setup: $179. • Compatible video doorbell, smart lock, or smart thermostat installation: $119 each. Security camera installation starts at $149 for the first camera; additional cameras during the same visit are $79 each. Hardware, parts, taxes, nonstandard installation, and additional work are separate where applicable. Same-day scheduling is $39 and evening/weekend scheduling is $63 when available. Travel fees may apply by service zone; we confirm applicable fees before booking. SimpliCare from SimpliSmart offers ongoing support and eligible labor discounts. Plan limits and exclusions apply; plans do not include unlimited on-site labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tell us what you want to set up or what is not working, your ZIP code, and the device make/model if you know it. Photos can help for TV mounting and smart-home installations. We review compatibility and scope, explain pricing and any applicable fees, then confirm coverage and an arrival window. During the visit, we complete the agreed work, test the setup, and walk you through how to use it. We explain any additional work and get your approval before adding it.

Ken has a degree in Computer Science from Georgia Southwestern State University. Our team brings training in the technology services they perform, with a focus on practical troubleshooting, careful setup, and clear explanations.
