- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our work is custom and everyone's homes are different and customers want different products or to achieve different things through window/door replacement. There is no standard pricing we can provide without coming out and taking a look at your project and getting familiar with what you would like to accomplish with your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is scheduling your FREE, no obligation estimate, which is completed in home. We come out and get measurement, cover any rebates and programs available to assist with your window/door replacement project and leave you with a quote that is valid for two years. When you decide you are ready you can call us and place your order. We will order your windows/doors, handle pulling permits and/or getting HOA approval and then we wait for your custom windows to arrive and schedule your installation. Your payments don't start until your product is installed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The majority of the employees with our company have been in the business for 10+ years. We worked for an unnamed window company that didn't treat customers honestly and fairly. Our owner broke away from unnamed window company to start a window replacement company that would do things the correct way. The rest is history!
