- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is custom to meet the needs of our customer. This is why its important to have someone that you trust and that has their customers best interest in mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak with them first on the phone to better understand their needs and then send our window specialist out to their home for an in-home consultation. He will then present them with the best solution that meets there needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our sales and installation professionals are trained on each manufacturers products and installation techniques. Each of our Installation experts carry a specialty contractors license in the state of Florida.
