The technician, Jonathan, arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He listened to my expectations and assured me of the finished result. We were very pleased with how clean not only the grout is now, but also the tile itself. It looks like a brand new floor. Thanks for a job well done.

We recently had our floors and upholstery cleaned by Bill, the company's owner. He was professional, did a great job and importantly for me, he showed up on time. I initially thought they were a little more expensive than Stanley but realized he included the pre-spray which they didn't. His price was also what he quoted with no fees or charges which really bother me. Initially Bill cleaned our home, but then we hired him to clean a multi-unit complex we own. Very pleased.
