We had a great experience. The communication on scheduling the repair was very detailed. The tech arrived on time and was very professional, friendly and thorough. He gave me a recap of what he did to fix our treadmill and demonstrated to me that it was working. I would recommend GymTecs to anyone who needs to have work done on in-home exercise equipment.

Keith was able to do the repair and basic preventative maintenance in about 30 minutes. So happy he did not need to do a major disassembly/reassembly. Will definitely contact Gymtecs in the future for maintenance.

Keith was very professional, friendly, and responsive . He accommodated our schedule. He fixed our treadmill and answered my husband's and my questions in a "layman's" language so we knew what was going on. We would recommend Keith and Gym Tecs and give them 10 stars if we could.
