Keith was able to do the repair and basic preventative maintenance in about 30 minutes. So happy he did not need to do a major disassembly/reassembly. Will definitely contact Gymtecs in the future for maintenance.

We had a great experience. The communication on scheduling the repair was very detailed. The tech arrived on time and was very professional, friendly and thorough.
