FAQs

a customer should know if there's any discounts on any of the material that the contractor is providing or rebates and a customer should also realize if they do not have a solid plan and a pretty much doing the project piece by piece as they see it prices can change for instance I dealt with some customers that would like their rooms repainted but then later come back and want some crown molding put up by the ceiling well of course that's not part of the painting and the material cost money in the labor so the price will go up
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to spend a lot of time with a customer I like them to explain to me exactly what they would want done and then I would ask them would they like some opinions from me on the project and I will be honest with you the best way to get a project done with a customer is to go back and forth with ideas and you it's remarkable how well that works out at the end of the day communication is everything and getting on the same playing field the customer should be fully informed on everything and vice versa to the contractor
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
